What is interval data?

Interval data is energy usage data collected from your meter every 15 or 60 minutes, depending on your meter type. This type of data is what we use to calculate your bill, which is summarized into an easily readable format called usage data.

If you choose to opt-in to receive your interval data, your personal information report could contain an additional 100 pages.

You will still receive your monthly usage data with this report, even if you opt-out of receiving your interval data.

Please provide the email address you have on file with us. If no email has been previously provided or added to this request, a report will automatically be mailed to the address stored on file.

Will SCE delete my data?

SCE will delete the data requested when possible. However, there are exceptions provided under the CCPA law where certain personal information must be retained by SCE for business needs and/or other legal reasons.

Where can I find my Customer Account Number?

You can find your Customer Account Number at the top-left corner of the first page of your bill, or log on to your My Account on www.sce.com.
