No. While there are many benefits to going paperless, we understand that how you receive your bill is a personal choice. If you still want to receive paper bills, you can opt out of Paperless Billing  above.

No, simply log in to My Account to access your recent billing, payment, and usage information.

Your paperless bill is available for easy 24-hours a day / 7 days a week access, and you may print your electronic PDF bill at home. You can also access up to 12 months of your historical bills should you need them in the future.

Yes, you can log in to My Account and manage your enrollment in the Preference Center.

To continue receiving paper bills, you can opt out above up to the date that was included in the email you received about going paperless. If you'd like to opt out after that date, you can log in to My Account and manage your enrollment in the Preference Center.

Simply sign into My Account and select “Preference Center” from the left navigation and click on the Paperless Billing toggle button to turn off your Enrollment Status.

If you submitted the details for your opt-out on this page and then received an email reminder about your auto-enrollment, rest assured that we have your information and you will continue to receive paper bills.
