You can download the mobile app at the  Apple^® App Store^®  or  Google Play^™  store.

To log in to the MySCE app, customers need to have registered for a MyAccount already. Customers that do not have MyAccount can  sign up  for MyAccount on the app or on  sce.com/user-registration.

The MySCE app is supported on the following platforms: 

1. For Apple iPhone^® devices, MySCE app will support iOS 11.0 and above.
2. For Android^™, MySCE app will support Android Device OS 10 and above.

The MySCE mobile app can be used by residential and non-residential customers with a registered and linked MyAccount including:

1. Customers with Smart and or non‑Smart meters
2. My Account users (Solar/NEM, Non‑Solar, and CCA)
3. My Account users with up to 10 linked Contract Accounts and 10 service addresses will be able to use the app
