You can download the mobile app at the  Apple® App Store®  or  Google Play  store.

To log in to the MySCE app, customers need to have registered for a MyAccount already. Customers that do not have MyAccount can  sign up  for MyAccount on the app or on  sce.com/user-registration.

The MySCE app is supported on the following platforms: 

  1. For Apple iPhone® devices, MySCE app will support iOS 11.0 and above.
  2. For Android, MySCE app will support Android Device OS 10 and above.

The MySCE mobile app can be used by residential and non-residential customers with a registered and linked MyAccount including:

  1. Customers with Smart and or non‑Smart meters
  2. My Account users (Solar/NEM, Non‑Solar, and CCA)
  3. My Account users with up to 10 linked Contract Accounts and 10 service addresses will be able to use the app
